Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state regulations, we cannot ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin. We also cannot ship internationally at this time.

Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your YUM! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Products must not be damaged due to misuse or negligence

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at returns@drinkyum.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Information

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. Subscription orders may be cancelled at any time but are not eligible for refunds on already-shipped orders.

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number, and we'll make it right immediately — either with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
